The Springer Sisters offer traditional musicians playing dance music from Ireland, Scotland, England, European and USA. Tunes from the time of the Tudors to Ragtime and Swing.  

The ceremony and reception 

 The Springer Sisters play several instruments each.  They are both avid collectors of  instruments and usually have the right instrument to suit your occasion.  Playing as guests enter and leave the ceremony or before and during reception. Mike our harpist is often available to add to the atmosphere.....a very able musician with many styles of music performed.

The evening 

A Barn Dance or a Ceilidh is probably one of the ideal  ways to celebrate your wedding.  The caller tells you how to do the dances, the music is lively and appeals to most tastes, and all ages can join in.  Lack of dancing ability is not essential and indeed in some cases it's a bonus point.  The first dance can feature bride and groom as star couple, and we will give you a good send-off at the end with a wedding archway. Most gatherings like the odd waltz, quick-step or even a bit of jiving.
