1910 Hupmobile 20 Tourer

A 1910 Hupmoblie 20 Tourer. This is same model that first was driven around the world. Four cylinder total loss drip oil system, two gears and rear wheel brakes. Lots of patina and elegance. Some police forces in USA used these.

Robert Craig Hupp 1876-1931.His first car, the Model 20, which he named Hupmobile was a two-seater runabout powered by a 2.8 litre four cylinder engine with high tension magneto and a two-speed sliding gear transmission. It was shown at the Detroit Auto Show in February 1909 and was sold as a competitor to the Model T Ford. Designed by Hupp and E. A. Nelson, it sold well and between March and December 1909 a total of 1618 cars had been delivered. During 1910 and 1911, a further 11,419 cars were built by the Hupp Motor Car Co.
